Each year I provide IT expertise and teaching computing at a school in Laos.

The impact was significant with many students not having used a computer before. After each 90 minute class many students stayed on to use the computers and the library with 20 computers was regularly full. Prior to my arrival the computers were so badly infected with malware (despite having anti-virus software) that they were unusable.

My classes cover the use of language learning programs, introduction to basic computer use and terminology, research skills, searching the internet, identifying online tools for Lao and English resources, online safety and Microsoft Word.

Incredibly amazing work is being done and so much more can be achieved. Get in touch is you wish to support this cause.
